Natural stone surfaces must be cleaned with neutral cleaners specially designed for this type of stone that dors not contain any bleach or acid
All acids may etch and damage the stone
For a deep clean you must use a heavy- duty stone cleaner
To remove stains and grout haze you can use a stone specific poultice. The effectiveness of the product depends in the type of stain and how long it has been there
This material can be stained by very high temperatures, we recommend using a hot pad

Quartz is one of the most used materials thanks to its stand-up against chips, scratches and stains but only that, it also never needs polishing, sealing or reconditioning.
In order to mantain your quartz in the best form follow this maintaing recommendations:
Use a soft sponge with warm water when cleaning
Do not use abrassive cleaning agents, instead use a gentle liquid cleaner like Mr. Clean
Never use cleansers with aluminium oxide, this is also considered an abrassive cleanser
Avoid at any point that your quartz gets in contact with drain cleaners, paint strippers or any productos with very high or low ph because they can etch or discolor the surface.
This material resist high temperature but it is recomended to use a hot pad between the quartz and the heat generating device.
Sudden rapid changes of temperature or long exposure may cause thermal expansion specially in edges and cut outs. This thermak expansion can cause your surface to crack.
The warranty does not cover any damage caused by thermal expansion.

As well as other materials, we recommend to not use any abbrasive cleaners because they will dull the lustrous finish
After cleaning with a gentle cleanser, wax your surface with a gentle wax to get a shinier surface
Minor scratches can be buffed out with polishing compound
Resist up to 140 degrees, no more than that
Hard stains can be removed by using polish compund or with mild vinegar solution
Certain chemicals in a big amount can damage your product, some of this are:
Clorox or any bleach
Hydrogen peroxide
Sodium bisolfate compound
Paint strippers
Very high acid liquids with no dilution
